SHIPPING
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order is received and your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number in the email provided at checkout.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We deliver all items through the United States Postal Service at a flat rate of $7.00 per order. Please note: Delivery fees are non-refundable.

How to cancel my order?

Orders must be cancelled with-in 12 hours after the order is placed. After 12 hours, you will not be able to cancel or ask for a refund. If cancelled within the 12 hours, you will receive a full refund including the shipping fee. You may visit the store to make any exchanges.

What are your return and exchange policy?
 

We do not accept any returns for any reason for in-store or online purchases.

 

You may exchange items at the Indulgence boutique,

  • With a valid receipt

  • With-in 15 days of receiving your purchase. 

  • Un-worn and with tags

The exchange has to be the price of item and delivery fees are never refunded.

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
